When is it acceptable to park in an access aisle next to a handicap parking spot?

Parking in an access aisle is prohibited. Misuse of an access aisle is considered a traffic infraction that is subject to a fine of not less than $200.

• Never.
• When you have a disability plate or parking placard.
• When all other parking spaces are full.
• When you are only parking for a couple minutes.
